Is it really free?

This government scheme (Eco3) provides funding for people to have their old inefficient boilers replaced 100% free of charge.

This is 100% free to anyone on benefits (including Child Benefit), it is 100% non-repayable, this means you do not have to pay any money back at any time.

There are no complicated terms and conditions. If you qualify for a this scheme, you can have a new boiler installed, it’s as simple as that.

Your boiler is inefficient or broken.

We first carry out a home survey to find the best solution for your home. Once we have completed that, we usually install the boiler within 3 days.

Installation of the new boiler takes between 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the job.

All of our new boiler replacements are carried out by experienced Gas Safe registered engineers. We provide a 1 year warranty on our work & your new boiler comes with up to 7 years manufacturers warranty.

The funding covers the replacement of your boiler & the installation of the new boiler.
A contribution may be required if you need / want new radiators or controls.
Some pipe work may not be covered by the funding. But we'll let you know if any contribution is required before we start any work, so no nasty surprises.
